Summer Intensive
For Professional Division students, The Ailey School offers an exciting intensive located in the heart of New York City's theater district.

Ailey/Fordham BFA Program
An innovative partnership between The Ailey School and Fordham University, the Ailey/Fordham Bachelor of Fine Arts degree offers a diverse curriculum that combines the finest in dance and liberal arts education in a 4-year program. Students attend both institutions concurrently.

Certificate Program
The Certificate Program is a three-year program for advanced/beginner to intermediate level students ages 17-23 who have completed their secondary school requirements. This program takes a conservatory approach to dance training, combining technique dance academics, creative studies, and repertory and performance.

Independent Study Program
For students between the ages of 17 and 25 who have completed their secondary school requirements, the one-year Independent Study Program offers intensive training for those who wish to further develop their artistry and technical skills in order to enhance their professional potential. The program may also assist those who wish to gain admission to other advanced dance programs.

Scholarship Program
The Ailey School's prestigious Scholarship Program offers financially supported full-time training for students ages 17-21 who show the highest potential for a professional dance career.
