The Ailey School

Born and raised in Manhattan, New York, Jules trained as a competitive gymnast from the time she was four until she was ten years old. At thirteen, she began her formal dance training at Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School where she fell in love with modern dance. Since then, Jules has had the privilege of performing works by Alvin Ailey, Roderick George, Levi Marsman, Ray Mercer, and Maleek Washington, and has also served as Mr. Mercer’s choreographic assistant. She has also trained at Parsons Dance, The Graham School, The Rockettes, and Earl Mosley’s Institute of the Arts. Graduating in May 2024 with her BFA in Dance and BA in Sociology, Jules is excited to see what the future has in store for her.
