Valeria Di Mauro

Freelance dancer

Valeria Di Mauro is from Bari, Italy. She started dancing at the age of 5 at Arabesque Dance School. She continued training at the Accademia Unika directed by Sabrina Speranza and at the age of 14 she attended The Royal Academy of Dance Summer Course in London. In Italy, Valeria danced for Frammenti di Luce and The Golden Age.  At 19 she moved to New York City to study at The Ailey School in the Certificate Program, where she is currently a member of the Ailey Student Performance Group (ASPG).  She has worked with choreographers such as Rossella Sottili, Jae Man Joo, Frederick Earl Mosley and Darrell Moultrie.  Valeria is a graduate of The Ailey School Certificate Program, class of 2020.
