Morgan McDaniel began her dance training at the age of 3 under the tutelage of Marvin Askew at Buffalo City Ballet Company where she spent 13 years performing various roles in the company’s annual production of The Nutcracker and and in annual Spring performances. Morgan’s featured roles include the Sugar Plum Fairy, Giselle, Coppélia and Cinderella. At age 16, Morgan continued her training with Joseph Cipolla at Configuration School of Ballet where she performed featured roles in their productions and represented the school at the Youth American Grand Prix competition in 2014. She has attended summer programs with Boston Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, Alonzo King Lines Ballet, Dance Theatre of Harlem and more. Morgan is a graduate of the Ailey/Fordham BFA Program in Dance where she studied various techniques including Horton, Graham-based modern, contemporary, jazz composition and improvisation. Morgan has worked with choreographers including Janice Rosario, Tina Bush, Nijawwon Matthews, Gabrielle Lamb and has performed excerpts of works by Alvin Ailey.  She is currently a member of Visceral Dance Chicago.
