Ines Mambou Missoumani

Originally from Lille in the North of France, Inès Mambou began dancing at the age of 11at the Ballet du Nord de Roubaix, where she trained from 2014 to 2017. She continued her training at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Paris and the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris from 2019 to 2020. In 2021, she began training at The Ailey School as a Scholarship student and was awarded the Joan Weill Scholarship. As a student at Ailey she participated in the New Directions Choreography Lab with choreographers Quilan Cue Arnold, Maria Bauman, Nattie Trogdon, Hollis Bartlett, and Annie Rigney. She was a member of the Ailey Student Performance Group (ASPG) where she had the opportunity to work with various choreographers, under the artistic direction of Freddie Moore. Ines also performed in The Ailey School Spring Concert in Brice Mousset's "T.O.I.". Ines completed her training in 2023 and joined the Metropolitan Opera's 2024 season, performing in "Florencia en el Amazonas" and "La Forza del Destino". In addition to dance, Ines has a modeling career and has appeared in several fashion publications.
