Emanuele Fiore

Freelance Dancer

Emanuele Fiore is from Bari, Italy. He started dancing at Dance Studio Étoile, where he studied Ballet and Cunningham and continued his training at Accademia dello Spettacolo Unika, studying Horton, Contemporary and Jazz. In 2019, Emanuele moved to New York to attend the Summer Intensive at The Ailey School. He subsequently was accepted to and enrolled in the Certificate Program, where he has performed works by Helen Simoneau, Daniel Ross, Janice Rosario, Darrel Moultrie, Amy Hall Garner and Ronald K. Brown as part of the Ailey Student Performance Group (ASPG). Emanuele was selected to perform in Mauro Bigonzetti’s Festa Barocca during Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater's New York City Center 2022 season. He has also participated in several summer intensives, such as ChoreoLaB 2022 with Ballet Hispánico, Earl Mosley's Institute of the Arts 2022 (EMIA) and Parsons Dance Summer Intensive 2023.  He graduated from the Certificate Program in May 2023 and he is currently company member with Matthew Westerby Company 2, AFFEKT Dance Company and Amanda Selwyn Dance Theatre. In his experience as a freelance dancer, he also had the chance to preform for choreographers such as Matthew Rushing, Jacqlyn Buglisi, Jesse Obremski, Teresa Fellion and Paul Michael Gamble. Emanuele is also a choreographer and he premiered his first show What about Love? for Spark Theater Festival on Fall 2023.
