The Ailey School

Easton Nguyen was born and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and received her dance training at the Governor’s School for the Arts (GSA) in Norfolk, Virginia and the Academy of Classical and Contemporary Dance in Chesapeake, Virginia. In 2019, she was the High School Dance Festival Student Choreography winner and presented her works at the Artist After Hours Emerging Artist Showcase and the Young Choreographer’s Festival at Symphony Space in New York City. in 2022, Easton also had the opportunity to attend the Impulstanz International Dance Festival in Vienna, Austria in the ImPact program. Easton is a 2023 graduate of the Ailey/Fordham BFA Program, where she majored in Economics with a minor in Religious Studies. During her time at The Ailey School, Easton had the opportunity to perform works by Janice Rosario, Sonia Dawkins, Jacqulyn Buglisi, and Ethan Colangelo.
