Denayia Miniex

Denayia Miniex is from Los Angeles, California. She started her dance training at the age of 11 at Yuri Grigoriev School of Ballet and Lula Washington Dance Theater. Her high school training was at Idyllwild Arts Academy, under the direction of Ellen Rosa-Taylor, Jonathan Sharp, and Patrick Frantz. She has attended various summer intensive programs on scholarship including, Ballet Austin, Idyllwild Arts Academy, and Alonzo King Lines Ballet. Denayia is a 2022 graduate of the Ailey/Fordham BFA Program in Dance where she also pursued a pre-health track.
