The Ailey School

Amanda Quinones-Rohena is from San Juan, Puerto Rico where she began dancing at the age of 4.  She studied ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, and Spanish dance at BJ Danzarín in Puerto Rico. She has attended summer intensives at Atlanta Ballet and The Ailey School, and has taught jazz and advanced ballet at BJ Danzarin. Amanda attended the Universidad de Puerto Rico earning a bachelor’s degree in nutrition. She subsquently moved to New York to attend The Ailey School's Certificate Program (class of 2020), where she was a member of the Ailey Student Performance Group (ASPG).
