Mike Gomez (born and raised in Brooklyn, NY) has been a ZIN® (Zumba Instructor) since 2011 and absolutely loves teaching Zumba® classes. Teaching Zumba® has given Mike an incredible opportunity to inspire and help others as Zumba has done for him. To Mike, Zumba is not about being perfect or being the best dancer in the room; it's about the joy and energy, the love you feel when you are dancing. Mike likes to share his passion for movement and it's therapeutic abilities with you and move you to better health—whether physically, mentally, or both.
