CRM Platform Manager
Salary | Full-Time
Posted February 21, 2024
Position Summary
Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation, one of the world’s premier dance institutions, seeks a Salesforce professional whose tested platform experience, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills can expertly support our staff and help our organization flourish.
We are looking for a CRM Platform Manager with plenty of experience using Salesforce who is adept and efficient at problem-solving on the platform. More importantly, we’re looking for someone who can communicate with stakeholders throughout the organization to understand their needs, synthesize those needs into a coherent, evolving product roadmap, work closely with both their own internal CRM Team and an external partner firm to continually deliver on those needs, and support staff-end users to ensure their ever-improving use of and satisfaction with the system.
Candidate Profile
The CRM Platform Manager will bring a high level of expertise in the Salesforce platform and an unwavering focus on supporting the staff and organization in the most effective way possible, whether by training, support, outreach, or system improvements. This person must be an excellent communicator and advocate for leadership, staff, and constituents, as well as for the CRM team and relevant external partners’ capacity to deliver.
Salesforce experience and advanced administrative skills are required for this role, but this is not the right role for someone who prefers to spend all day in the Setup menu. The right person for this position has proven systems experience, good interpersonal skills, a natural sense of leadership and communication, the ability to work well with a team, and an unrelenting desire to support staff in carrying out the mission of the organization.
Candidates interested in learning more about the model of technology platform stewardship that Ailey is moving towards can do so in this optional resource.
