Taylor Conant

"West Side Story" (National Tour)

Taylor Conant studied on scholarship at The Ailey School, where she trained with remarkable teachers like Peter Brandenhoff, Milton Myers, Hollie Wright, Judine Sommerville, and many guests. While attending The Ailey School, Taylor accepted the role of Graziella in “West Side Story” (National Tour), directed by David Saint and Joey McKneely. After stealing stages across the U.S and Canada she continues dancing at Steps on Broadway.  Taylor recently returned from Jacob's Pillow Musical Theatre Program 2015, where she worked with guest choreographers such as Patti Wilcox, Shannon Lewis, and Bob Richard! In addition, she regularly worked with Chet Walker, Bill Hastings, and Jack Gill. Taylor most recently played the role of June and Velma (understudy) in “Chicago” the Musical Broadway Tour. She is a member of Actor's Equity Association and signed with BMG/Avalon Artists Agency for Modeling and lives in New York City.  She recently graduated with an Arts Management- Marketing and Event Planning degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst UWW.
