Brittany Ballentine

Ronald K. Brown/EVIDENCE, A Dance Company

Brittany Ballentine, of Baltimore, MD began her dance training at Flair Dance Studios under the direction of Willia Bland. She also trained at Baltimore School for the Arts’ TWIGS Program, as well as Dance Theatre of Harlem’s Residency Program in Washington, DC. Ms. Ballentine attended summer intensives at The Ailey School and Dance Theatre of Harlem, under the direction of Arthur Mitchell. She has performed works by Alvin Ailey, Ronald K. Brown, Debbie Allen, Matthew Rushing, and Hope Boykin. Ms. Ballentine was also selected to perform Ailey’s Memoria alongside Alvin Ailey American Cane Theater in their New York City Center season. She graduated from the Fordham/Ailey BFA in Dance Program in August 2015 and was the 2013 recipient of the Denise Jefferson Scholarship. Ms. Ballentine is currently the newest member of Evidence, A Dance Company as of February 2016.
