Graciela Kozak

Ballet

Graciela Kozak was born and trained in Argentina at Teatro Colon where she performed in ballets and operas. She danced and toured with the Bat-Dor and Bat-Sheva companies of Israel for twelve years. She joined the Peridance Capezio Center faculty in 1985 and the Ailey School faculty in 2002. Graciela has worked with Alvin Ailey, Donald McKayle, Jiri Kylian, Mark Morris, Igal Perry, Robert Cohen, and many others. Ms Kozak has taught classes for Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Ailey II, Complexions, Donald Byrd, Elisa Monte, School of Ballet Hispanico, Pascal Rioult, Jacob's Pillow, Balettakademien, Feld Ballets, and elsewhere. She has choreographed workshops, pointe variations, and solos for freelance dancers and singers. Ms. Kozak speaks and teaches in several languages.
