Holi is a celebration of colors—a time to say goodbye to winter and hello to spring, the start of new beginnings. Traditionally, people gather outside their homes to celebrate by covering each other in colorful powder. This colorful play is a symbol of sharing happiness and love and is celebrated with music, dance, and food.
Come to the workshop with positive, high energy and some color to put on your face at the end of class!
About Masala Bhangra

It’s easy to follow and can be modified to the comfort level of the student, making it accessible to all fitness levels.
