About Vogue Fem
Vogue Fem is at it's core a self-expression through femininity. This style of vogue focuses femininity on through the five elements of hand performance, floor performance, catwalk, duckwalk, and dips. Class will begin by conditioning flexibility and body awareness, drill the 5 elements of vogue, and learn a choreographed combo with a focus on personal feminine essence and musicality. This is an expressive, full-body movement class that will challenge your agility, strength, and awareness of getting to and from the floor.
About New Way Vogue
In this class, you discover one of three styles of vogue called New Way Vogue. Stretch and precision are key to this style. The class begins with a core conditioning warm-up, pushup series, and a stretch series to prepare your body. Students are then guided through an array of exercises to practice elements of vogue. Arms controls shows off your control of creating lines, shapes, illusions, and face framing movements to the beat of the music. We practice other elements such as poses, floor work, cat walks, duck walks, and dips with an emphasis on character expression and confidence.
