About Matthew:
Matthew Johnson Harris is a director, choreographer, fitness instructor, and activist living in New York City. He recently choreographed Take Me To The World: A Tribute to Stephen Sondheim at Carnegie Hall and served on the directing teams for the Tony Nominated Shows Hangmen and Parade. He is currently The Associate Director for Hippest Trip: The Soul Train Musical. In 2016, he started The Mosaic Project which raises money for different marginalized groups through concerts and productions starring broadway performers. His dance and fitness classes promote community and intersectionality with the intention to make you feel better than when you walked in the door.
