Lastics® Stretch Technique
Lastics is a stretching technique born from the world of dance that was designed by dancer, Donna Flagg, to improve flexibility based on techniques dancers use to stay lean and limber.
About Emma:
Emma Scholz graduated summa cum laude with a BFA in dance from the University of Colorado Boulder. Now, she is a resident of Harlem and has performed with several NYC companies such as the 92Y TYA Series and Clutch Productions staged readings. Emma has been teaching Lastics since 2020 and currently is enrolled in Columbia University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program.
