Barre Fusion is a low-impact fitness class that combines elements of traditional Barre classes with yoga, Pilates, and dance. This class focuses on improving posture, enhancing mobility, and strength building through easy-to-follow exercises inspired by ballet movements.
Barre Fusion is adaptable to all ages, abilities, and levels. We recommend participating on a non-slip yoga or Pilates mat—students are required to bring their own mat, Ailey does not provide mats.
