Roxanne Potes

Roxanne Potes is a native of Brooklyn, NY. She began her training at the age of 3 at Diva Dance Studio, where she competed in styles such as Contemporary, Jazz, Tap,Musical Theatre, and Hip Hop. Roxanne attended the Professional Performing Arts School (PPAS) as a dance major where she began training at The Ailey School. She later joined the Junior Division at the Ailey School where she trained in Ballet, West African, and modern dance. Roxanne has attended summer intensives at Peridance Capezio Center’s ​Blueprint​ and Hubbard Street Dance Chicago. She has performed works by Matthew Rushing, Earl Mosely, Bradley Shelver, Adrienne Hurd, Yoshito Sakuraba, and Guillermo Asca. Roxanne is a graduate of the Ailey/Fordham BFA Program, class of 2021, graduating as a double major in Dance and Communications.
