Lauren-Frances Wood

Lauren-Frances Wood is from Little Rock, Arkansas. She is a graduate of the Ailey/Fordham BFA Program in Dance. She was the recipient of two academic scholarships from Fordham University including a Jogues Scholarship and graduated in 2021 with a minor in math. She has performed works by Darshan Bhuller, Manuel Vignoulle, Rena Butler, Connie Shao, Craig Black, Jessica Castro and Redha Medjellekh, among others. She has spent her summers studying with Ballet Arkansas, Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, and most recently with Hubbard Street Dance Chicago in their Virtual Repertory Intensive where she learned Grace Engine, Out of Your Mind and The Bystander from members of the company.
