Teens explore Ballet, Hip-Hop, and Contemporary Jazz. (ages 12-17). No placement audition or prior dance experience required.

Tiny Steps

A series of music and creative movement classes for children two years of age. These classes celebrate your child’s natural ability to move in an expressive way.

Junior Division Program at The Ailey School

The Ailey School offers a diverse range of dance training classes and performance opportunities.
For students from beginner to pre-professional.

Hip-Hop 4 Kids Series

Instructor: Keith Alexander
January 6 - May 12
Learn the fundamental Hip-Hop moves including basic body isolations, precision, performance quality and choreography.

Classes
Dance & Fitness Classes for Adults

The Ailey Extension offers "real classes for real people" (ages 16 and up).  With more than 80 dance and fitness classes each week, there's something for everyone at any experience level.

Series for Kids & Teens Ailey offers recreational courses and pre-professional training for kids and teens ages 2-17.
 
Professional Classes

The Ailey School offers open classes for dancers with three of more years of formal or professional dance training.
