Absolute Beginner Hip-Hop

This high-energy and rhythmic class teaches the basic moves for the absolute beginner.

Advanced Beginner Afro-Cuban

Fridays 6:30pm - 8:00pm
Sway to the rhythms of Cuba, while building strength and agility.

Advanced Beginner Ballet

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 10:30am & 7:30pm
Reinforce the seven movements in dancing and the ballet vocabulary while building upon basic fundamentals.

Advanced Beginner Dunham

Saturdays 3:00pm - 4:30pm
This class concentrates on building strength, flexibility, and the ability to undulate your torso and hips fully and rapidly.

Advanced Beginner Hip-Hop

Tuesdays 8:00pm
Builds upon techniques learned in Absolute Beginner Hip-Hop with more intricate and advanced moves.

Advanced Beginner Horton

Mondays 7:00pm
This class is based on the fundamentals of the Horton technique: flat backs, primitive squat, descent and ascent, lateral stretches, release swings, leg swings, deep lunges, T positions, coccyx balance and stag position.

Advanced Beginner Jazz

Fridays 6:30pm
This class emphasizes on breaking down turns, leaps, placement, connecting movement so it flows, which will bring your technique to the next level.

Advanced Beginner Theatre Dance

Tuesdays 7:45pm / Saturdays 4:30pm
Basics of technique and alignment through a ballet-based warm-up and specific context and setting for each week's combination.

Advanced Beginner/Intermediate Ballet

Build from techniques and vocabulary used in beginning level classes.

Advanced Pointe

At the advanced level, there is a strong emphasis on the refinement of the technique.

Develop correct posture, positioning, strength and control of your movements.

Ballet III

Monday - Friday 8:30am, Tuesdays & Thursdays 11:30am
Develop correct posture, balance, strength and control of your movements at a faster pace, while continuing to master basic turning and jumps.

Ballet IV

Monday - Friday 8:30am, Monday - Friday 10:00am and 11:30am
This level develops strength and flexibility with the execution of more complicated combinations at the barre and in the center, while challenging their strength and stamina.

Ballet V

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 8:30am / Mondays-Fridays 10:00am
Experience the full range of exercises that require larger, more expansive movements that test their strength and stability. (Pointe work is introduced for women at the end of class on Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Ballet VI

Monday-Friday 8:30am / Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 11:30am
Develops and refines feet work, as well as, legs, arms and head at the barre; while emphasizing on artistry and musicality. (Women do pointe work in the center and traveling in big combinations across the floor)

Ballet VII

Mondays Wednesdays & Fridays 10:00am
Students work to advance their technical abilities, with emphasis on artistic and performance achievement.

Beginner Ballet Level 1

Mondays 7:30pm / Fridays 7:30pm / Sundays 2:15pm

This unique combination class starts with 1 hour of Beginner Capoeira class and transitions into the intermediate level for the next hour.

Originating from Senegal, West Africa, danced up off the ground with abundant arms and twisting of the hips.

This is a basic Brazilian dance class that incorporates its Afro-Brazilian roots and the rhythms of Brazilian Samba.

This advanced beginner class lays the groundwork for all that follows in the advanced levels.

Horton II

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays 11:30am and 1:30pm
Uses the basic Horton warm-up with more variations, introduction of canons and rhythmical patterns are stressed as well as the development of dynamics and projection.

Horton III

Monday-Friday 10:00am
The combinations are more complicated musically and technically, and challenge the dancers to learn movements quickly.

Horton IV

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 11:30am
Horton IV includes a long study of Dimensional Tonus, which incorporates many aspects of the warm-up into combinations of movements that require strength, speed and flexibility.

House Dance

The fundamental movements of House Dance while exploring your freedom of expression through rhythmic sequences and improvisation.
