SharQui™ method is for everyone no matter what their dance or fitness level. It’s an anatomical approach to bellydance that works the entire body with emphasis on the core. It is a structured, challenging Egyptian-style technique of bellydance that will have you shimmying and shaking from the inside out! If you are a dancer, you will be able to perfect your form, balance, strength, speed, isolation and learn a new way to approach movement.
