About Open Capoeira
Description
This class is for people who want to learn what Capoeira is all about. With the assistance of the instructor, students can expect to learn simple moves and techniques that will train them in this Afro-Brazilian art form. Prepare to have fun and be amazed by this combination of dance, martial arts and acrobatic movements. All levels welcome.
