Tuesdays & Thursdays 3:00pmA regular stretching routine for the neck, shoulders, back, arms, hips, legs as well as the calves and feet.

Class Level: Advanced Beginner

Some dance/movement experience suggested (minimum 1 year prior training). Professional Classes start at the Advanced Beginner level, which recommends at least 2-3 years prior training at least twice per week.
