Advanced Pointe

Tuesdays 11:30am
At the advanced level, there is a strong emphasis on the refinement of the technique.

Ballet II

Monday - Friday 8:30am
Develop correct posture, positioning, strength and control of your movements.

Ballet III

Monday - Friday 8:30am, Tuesdays & Thursdays 11:30am
Develop correct posture, balance, strength and control of your movements at a faster pace, while continuing to master basic turning and jumps.

Ballet IV

Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:30am, Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 10:00am and 11:30am
This level develops strength and flexibility with the execution of more complicated combinations at the barre and in the center, while challenging their strength and stamina.

Ballet V

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 8:30am / Mondays-Fridays 10:00am
Experience the full range of exercises that require larger, more expansive movements that test their strength and stability. (Pointe work is introduced for women at the end of class on Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Ballet VI

Mondays & Wednesdays 11:30am / Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays 8:30am
Develops and refines feet work, as well as, legs, arms and head at the barre; while emphasizing on artistry and musicality. (Women do pointe work in the center and traveling in big combinations across the floor)

Ballet VII

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 10:00am
Students work to advance their technical abilities, with emphasis on artistic and performance achievement.

Beginner Pointe

Thursdays 11:30am
Develop strength, articulation and flexibility in the feet and legs, while developing the ability to control the balance on pointe.

Beginner/Intermediate Men’s Ballet

Mondays & Wednesdays 10:00am
These classes build the strength, stamina and technical skills needed by male dancers.

Intermediate Barre à Terre

Mondays & Fridays 8:30am
Exploration of the different muscles that enable the body to work properly while standing with focus on proper placement and alignment.

Intermediate Pointe

Wednesdays 10:00am

Intermediate/Advanced Men's Ballet

Tuesdays & Thursdays 11:30am
This class builds strength, stamina, and technical skills needed today by male dancers.
