Advanced Beginner Horton

This class is based on the fundamentals of the Horton technique: flat backs, primitive squat, descent and ascent, lateral stretches, release swings, leg swings, deep lunges, T positions, coccyx balance and stag position.

Intermediate Horton

This intermediate class focuses on more progressive Horton studies, fortifications, and preludes of the Horton technique learned in advanced beginner level.

Beginner Horton

Basic fundamentals of Horton to stretch and strengthen different areas of the body with focus on the Achilles tendon, abdominal, spine, and hamstring muscles.
