Advanced Beginner Horton

Mondays 7:00pm / Thursdays 7:30pm / Saturdays 3:30pm
This class is based on the fundamentals of the Horton technique: flat backs, primitive squat, descent and ascent, lateral stretches, release swings, leg swings, deep lunges, T positions, coccyx balance and stag position.

Beginner Horton

Wednesdays & Fridays 7:00pm / Sundays 3:00pm
Basic fundamentals of Horton to stretch and strengthen different areas of the body with focus on the Achilles tendon, abdominal, spine, and hamstring muscles.
