Develop correct posture, balance, strength and control of your movements at a faster pace, while continuing to master basic turning and jumps.

Beginner Pointe

Thursdays 11:30am
Develop strength, articulation and flexibility in the feet and legs, while developing the ability to control the balance on pointe.

Beginner/Intermediate Men’s Ballet

Mondays & Wednesdays 10:00am
These classes build the strength, stamina and technical skills needed by male dancers.

Dunham I

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 7:30pm
Develop strength, stamina and accurate placement, focusing first on the back, followed by the legs, arms and feet.

Jazz I

Thursdays 7:30pm
This class for beginners combines the excitement of moving in several styles with developing basic technical skills.

Stretch

Tuesdays & Thursdays 3:00pm
A regular stretching routine for the neck, shoulders, back, arms, hips, legs as well as the calves and feet.

Tap I

Tuesdays & Thursdays 10:00am
Incorporates four instructional components which include barre exercise, rhythm sequences, choreography, and series of progressions.

Yoga I

Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:30am
This class for beginners provides an understanding of basic breathing exercises and synchronized breath with movement.
