Description

Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian art form that blends dance, martial arts and acrobatic movements. Students will focus on basic and isolated movements, transitional steps and graceful dance-like combinations--all while toning every muscle group. Capoeira will develop your flexibility and balance while strengthening your core. See for yourself why celebs like Halle Berry, Adriana Lima and Gisele Bundchen love training with this technique!
