Born and raised in Venezuela, Samuel Salazar participated in several dance competitions while in high school.  He fell in love with Zumba® when he attended his first workshop in Dayton, Ohio.  Mr. Salazar became a certified Zumba® instructor after he realized how great it made him feel, stating, “Zumba® Fitness has changed my life, and I want to pass it on to rest of the world.”
