2 Week Experience 

An absolutely unique New York experience for dance students ages 12-21, the Ailey Experience workshop gives dancers from around the world the opportunity to take master classes in a variety of techniques at The Ailey Studios. Learn from instructors at the top of their field in techniques like ballet, Horton, contemporary, hip hop, West African in conjunction with repertory rehearsals culminating with a studio performance. Catered lunches, talks with industry experts, souvenirs and discount performance tickets completes this exciting event at the home of the world-renowned Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, one of the largest building dedicated to dance in New York City.

Workshop Includes:

• All workshop classes held in beautiful studios with floor-to-ceiling windows and a view of the New York City skyline, close to shopping, shows and great restaurants
• 3 classes daily with renowned Ailey faculty
• Shop talk with dance industry professionals
• Meet & Greet with Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater company members
• Ailey souvenirs
• Lunch, snacks, beverages for all workshop days

Travel & accommodations not included. Students who have registered for the workshop, but cancel 14 days prior to the start of the workshop, are entitled to a full refund less an administrative fee of $50 per person.
